Visa & Immigration Guide

Welcome to the Visa and Immigration Guide for the Euro-Africa Climate Emergency Summit happening in London. To attend this vital event, there are specific steps you must take to ensure your entry into the United Kingdom.

Step One: Visa Requirements

Before making any travel plans, it is essential to determine whether you require a Visitor’s Visa to enter the United Kingdom. Most international delegates will need a visitor visa to attend the summit. To check if you need a visa, please visit the official UK government website: UK Visa Information

Step Two: Official Letter of Invitation

To apply for a visitor visa, you will need an official Letter of Invitation from the Euro-Africa Climate Emergency Summit organizers. Please be aware that the invitation letter can only be issued after full payment of registration fees. While the invitation letter is not a guarantee that your visa will be approved, we have been working closely with the UK government to expedite the visa processing for all registered and eligible international delegates attending the summit.

Our goal is to make the visa process as smooth and efficient as possible, and we will continue to collaborate with the UK authorities to ensure that all attendees can participate in this crucial event without concerns about visa refusal. It’s important to note that all expenses related to visa processing and participation in the summit are the sole responsibility of the delegate. Registration fees are non-refundable and tickets can only be transferred to another delegate recommended by the original recipient.

During your ticket purchase process, we will request the following details to provide you with customized invitation letters, which will be notarized by our immigration lawyers. These letters should be submitted to the UK embassy in your respective locations:

Important Note: We want to emphasize that we cannot guarantee visa acceptance, as each application is unique and depends on the strength of your application and background checks conducted by the UK Embassy. Please be aware that no refunds will be provided after the invitation letters have been stamped and notarized, as funds have already been allocated for legal services.
